Terms of Use

matters that require attention

There is no resident manager at the facility and the facility is unmanned, but check-in and check-out will be handled by our staff.
Please let us know your check-in time if you are coming by car.
If you use public transportation, we can pick you up at Naruto Station or Highway Naruto bus stop.

・Fill out the guest list:For those booking online, a guest list form will be sent to you after booking. In accordance with the Ryokan Business Law, all guests are required to fill out the form before check-in. Non-Japanese nationals are also required to upload their passports.

・House Manual:Please be sure to read through the house manual before checking in.

・Check-in/check-out:On check-in day, please enter between 15:00 and 21:00. Please let us know in advance if you plan to stay past 9:00 p.m. On check-out days, please leave the room by 10:00. After 10:00, cleaning staff will come to your room. A penalty of 2,000 yen per 30 minutes of overtime will be charged. Early check-in, late check-out, and luggage storage will not be accepted to allow time for cleaning and setting up.

・キャンセルについて:Cancellation fees will be charged as follows

7 to 4 days prior to your stay: 30% of the room charge
3 to 2 days prior to your stay: 50% of the room charge
The day before the stay: 80% of the room charge
Cancellation on the day of stay or without notice: 100% of the room charge

・About Smoking:Smoking is completely prohibited inside the rooms, including electronic cigarettes. Please go outside to smoke, and please be quiet when smoking outside after 9:00 p.m.

・Response during consecutive nights:Towels and sheets are not changed, so please wash them in the washing machine before use. Please note that no cleaning will be done during your stay. When the trash area is full, please move your trash to the outdoor trash cans.

・No BBQ

No pets allowed

・Living things:Please note that this is a facility located in the countryside, and insects may appear. Insect repellent sprays are available for use as needed.

In addition, please strictly abide by the following rules

Use of outdoor space from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. is prohibited.
 Please refrain from loud conversations even outside of the above hours.

If any equipment or fixtures are found to be lost or damaged, please report it immediately via message. If there are items that cannot be repaired or stains that cannot be removed by cleaning, the actual cost will be charged. The same action will be taken if the damage is found after check-out. If any equipment is taken out of the room, we will charge the actual cost.

If the number of guests exceeds the number of people reserved, an additional charge of 10,000 yen per person per night will be added to the room rate. (The number of guests will be checked by the security camera outside the entrance.)

Lost and found items can only be shipped to domestic addresses, cash on delivery only. In this case, a shipping fee of 2000 yen will be charged. If you do not contact us after 6 months, we will dispose of your lost and found items without notice.

We cannot accept large items such as suitcases for disposal. In the unlikely event that a person leaves a suitcase behind, he/she will be charged 10,000 yen as a disposal fee.

Guests using our facilities do so at their own risk and are responsible for any damages incurred.

Facility Notes.
In order to provide a safe and comfortable environment in our facilities, we may explain to Guests the precautions to be taken in our facilities. Guests are expected to make every effort to comply with the precautions explained. No refunds will be given for subjective reasons (odor, dirt, etc.).

Impact of the surrounding environment
During your stay, there is a possibility that you may be affected by the external environment, such as construction noise in the vicinity, noises and smells from neighbors, etc. These are events outside of our facility and cannot be controlled. We are unable to offer refunds or discounts due to these factors, as they are outside of our control.

Exemption from Liability for Damages
The facility is not responsible for any damage caused by the guest or his/her companions at the facility. Guests are responsible for their own damages.

Security measures
The facility is not responsible for incidents or accidents such as theft, trespassing, fire, etc. on the premises. Guests are responsible for their own security and should make every effort to take appropriate security measures.

Handling of Personal Information
Guests' personal information will be managed appropriately in compliance with laws and regulations. However, we may not be able to notify Guests in advance if we are required to disclose personal information by legal request.
